News: IBM Makes World's Smallest Film

IBM Researchers unveiled "A Boy and His Atom" a stop motion short film made entirely from manipulating and placing atoms.  The Guinness Book of World Records-verified movie uses thousands of precisely placed atoms to create over 250 frames of animation.  "A Boy and His Atom" depicts a character named Atom who befriends a single atom and goes on a playful journey that includes dancing, playing catch, and bouncing on a trampoline.  The movie was created to allow those outside the research community to enjoy and discuss science.  You can watch the movie below and learn more about the film at the following link.
